To mark the end of the 2014 Golfing Season, over 140 Ladies played Canadian Foursomes on the Main Course and 40 on the North Course in the Closing Day event held on 6th November 2014. \u00a0Main Course winners were Karie Liggins and Carman Palframan and North Course winners were Ann Wesley and Linda Wishart.<\/p>\n
The prestigious Members Trophies, presented by the LKCC Men Members and contested for during the year, are awarded to the player with the best five out of seven stroke rounds over the golfing season.\u00a0 The 2014 winners\u00a0 were Gloria Bennett on the North Course and Jackie Thomson on the Main Course.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The winner of the coveted Jade Putter, for the best putting performance during the year was Tobey Robinson.<\/p>\n
The presentations were followed by the annual formal dinner, the highlight of which, as always,\u00a0 was the ‘Toast to Lake Karrinyup’ given by popular member May Knight who entertained the ladies with many stories of LKCC over the years.<\/p>\n
