The 96th Annual General Meeting of Lake Karrinyup Country Club (Inc) will be held at the Clubhouse at 6.00pm on Monday 13th November 2023.<\/p>\n

\nAGENDA<\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Confirm the minutes of the 95th Annual General Meeting held on Tuesday 8th November 2022.<\/p>\n

\n2. To receive and if thought fit, adopt the Annual Report and Statement of Accounts for the year ended 31st August 2023.<\/p>\n

\n3. Election of President (male or female) \u2013 to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.<\/p>\n

\n4. Election of Vice President (male or female) \u2013 to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.<\/p>\n

\n5. Election of Men\u2019s Captain (male) \u2013 to be voted by men who are eligible to vote.<\/p>\n

\n6. Election of Men\u2019s Vice Captain (male) – to be voted by men who are eligible to vote.<\/p>\n

\n7. Election of 3 (three) members (male or female) of the Committee \u2013 to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.<\/p>\n

\n8. Election of 1 (one) member (female) of the Committee \u2013 to be voted by women who are eligible to vote.<\/p>\n

\n9. Election of 2 (two) members (male or female) of the Finance Committee \u2013 to be voted by men and women who are eligible to vote.<\/p>\n

\n11. Appoint the Auditor for the ensuing year.<\/p>\n

\n12. General Business; Motion to pursuant to Rule 18.1(d)<\/p>\n

\u201cThat the Members instruct the General Committee to implement a reduction in the number of instances when Corporate Groups (being any group of players on the course not at the invitation of Members \u2013 but excluding Charity and Reciprocity usage) are permitted use of the Main Course to a maximum of 5 per year\u201d.<\/p>\n
