Several sessions were spent on formulating an Archive Policy which was approved by the General Committee at their September meeting. It outlines the responsibilities of the Archive Committee, identifies the Club\u2019s archive collection criteria, states how collections will be acquired and includes a donor form for donating to the Club\u2019s\u00a0archive.
