Congratulations to our 2017 Ladies’ Club Champion Miss Jennifer Herbst who was a very deserving winner, making a lovely speech when presented with her trophy.
On Saturday 9th December the final round of the 2017 Men’s Club Championships concluded and following a slight hiccup early with some lightning threatening to ruin the day. All ended well with some very well deserving champions.
Trailing by 2 shots heading into the final round and very keen to improve one better in 2017 after his runner up finish in 2016, Frazer Bone put together a wonderful round of 69 of the stick to secure his first LKCC Men’s Club Championship 5 shots clear of runner up Peter Robinson and 2016 Champion Nick Curnow on a total of 225. The 2017 North Course Championship was successfully defended by 2016 Naish Zhang an incredible 13 shots clear of runner up Colin Logie on 214. Together with these champions there were a number of fantastic efforts throughout the event and congratulations to all of the members below.
